If the unit fails: email cs@vitalglowlink.com with your order number. Eligible items qualify for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or water exposure beyond the product rating is not covered, and we may ask for a photo or a couple of quick checks first so the problem can be identified properly.

One-year warranty — replaced, not repaired. Every VITALGLOW tracker carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If the device fails within 12 months of delivery, email cs@vitalglowlink.com with your order number and we will send a new unit.

Do you need to send the old one back? If the damage is visibly obvious, no — we send the replacement without asking for the faulty unit. If the fault is internal, such as a firmware problem, and cannot be confirmed from the outside, we may need the device returned first so the cause can be identified. This warranty is separate from the 30-day satisfaction window: that covers a change of mind, this covers a device that stops working.

Specifications: location accuracy is typically 5–10 metres outdoors. The battery uses motion-triggered sleep — the tracker drops into a low-power state when the vehicle is not moving and wakes when it does, which is what makes the long standby figures possible.

Setup and accounts: the OBD model plugs into the port under the dash and can be used within about three minutes; the rechargeable models need a full charge before first use. There is no limit on the number of trackers under one email account, and they can be mixed across models.
