30-Day Refund or Replacement
If an eligible VITALGLOW GPS tracker order has a product or order issue, contact support within 30 days with your order information. Depending on the issue and order record, support may review refund, replacement, or troubleshooting options.
Before Sending a Return
Please do not send a product back without contacting VITALGLOW first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected because support needs to confirm the order, issue type, return destination, and next step.
